Paul Frost has been with the Michigan franchises since inception. He graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training (Sports Medicine) and Exercise Science. He is also a certified personal trainer, massage therapist and vision therapist. He formerly worked with the Detroit Lions as an athletic trainer and has been in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years. He enjoys staying healthy, helping others achieve their flexibility goals, and spending time with his family.
